Come learn about businesses that are setting trends in Nova Scotia.  Join us on an escape room experience, where your only goal is to use your problem solving skills to free your team in under an hour.  Then, play games with us at The Board Room Café; a first of its kind in Nova Scotia.

Following a group lunch, a selection of workshops will be offered; focused on innovation in the field of health and wellness.
As always, BETA promises to offer a one-of-a-kind, engaging conference experience!

Pop Culture Kombucha 
This workshop will teach you the benefits of this fermented tea drink. They'll explain where it originates and how it's made. Our presenter is a holistic nutritionist and will discuss the importance of healthy living.

Haskap Berries
We invite you to come learn about this new and exciting crop. The Haskap berry has three times the antioxidant properties of a blueberry and have extremely high levels of vitamins.

I Heart Bikes
Come along for a bike ride in beautiful downtown Halifax. In this workshop you'll meet the folks behind this bike tour/bike rental company and learn about their unique business model.

Trail Quest
Come meet one of Nova Scotia's youngest entrepreneurs. At only 11 years old, he and his mom have developed walking adventure games where players learn about local history and culture by solving clues along the way. In this workshop you'll be able to learn about this business model and do a "virtual walk" of one of their quests.

Young Living Oils
In this workshop you'll be able to get a hands on, learning experience about essential oils and aromatherapy. Our presenter will discuss the benefits of essential oils as part of a healthier life. Learn how to care for your family without harmful chemicals.
